Chattanooga Real Estate Agent Jay Robinson, founder of the Robinson Team of Keller Williams Realty, announced the addition two additional buyer’s agents to his already dynamic team of real estate professionals. Wilder Robinson and Preston Putnam have joined the Robinson Team as full-time buyer’s specialists, effective immediately.

Preston Putnam, a native of Dalton, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berry College with a B.A. in Political Science in May 2017. While at Berry, he served as VP of Administration on the Berry College Student Government Executive Board. Mr. Putnam sees his new career as a natural progression of his lifelong interest in design and style.

“Working with the Robinson Team is an exciting and challenging opportunity for me,” said Mr. Putnam. I look forward to learning from the best in the business and I am pleased to bring my passion for style and design, as well as my knowledge of northwest Georgia and the Dalton area to the table.”

Wilder Robinson, a sophomore at UTC, recently received his realtor’s license at the age of 18. Mr. Robinson, son of Jay Robinson, founder of the Robinson Team of Keller Williams, joins the family firm as a buyer’s specialist.

“We are extremely excited to grow our team with the additions of Wilder and Preston,” said Jay Robinson, owner and founder of the Robinson Team. “Seeing the next generation join our firm is exciting. We’re able to reach out to younger clients who are looking for their first home as well as serving generational clients who’ve been with us as their families have grown. We look forward to continuing to ensure that our clients receive the high level of service they’ve come to expect. “

Mr. Robinson began taking classes to get his real estate license just two weeks after his high school graduation from the McCallie School. He is currently enrolled at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as an entrepreneurship major. He is also and avid outdoorsman and a volunteer firefighter on Lookout Mountain.

“Real estate is in my DNA,” said the younger Robinson. “As I’ve grown up, I’ve always been interested in understanding the needs of the clients coming to our firm for representation.  I’ve watched my family and their dedicated team members work long hours to find creative solutions for their clients. I am excited to finally join the team as an agent and I look forward to continuing the excellence that our family business has been synonymous with for decades.”

Roy Exum: Who Do You Trust?

About this time last month a 25-year-old kid with a fresh degree in “public policy” left me a phone call hoping to get my views. Joda Thongnopnua is the Democratic candidate for the State House in District 30 and he is like a load of other erstwhile politicians in my experience who I’ve never heard of but “really want to meet me” … this with less than a month before they “really” ...
